Bear with me - testing new BBCode parsers

I'm working on fixing the BBCode parser, so in the meantime you might see some funkiness in your posts. All of your data is safe, but the display may look odd until I get the formatting right.

Well, I got most of the frequently used tags up and running. I'm sure there are some tags that I recommend in the tag syntax popup that don't work (that popup was gleaned from the publisher of the library I used originally). If you find some tags you are trying to use that don't work right, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Also, the "quote" tag is a little broken. It works, but the display is funky. I'll keep trying to make it work.
